Shipping Information

Free shipping on UK orders over £100. 

For UK orders under £100, the cost of shipping is £5.99.

International rates may apply for orders outside the UK.

All orders are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. A signature will be required upon receipt. See here for more information on this shipping service.

Currently all orders are UK only. However, please feel free to register your interest for overseas deliveries via the Contact page.

Returns Policy

Each Telfer piece is hand crafted in the UK. Almost all pieces are made to order, however some pre-made pieces will be listed as "ready to ship".

Made to order pieces

Made to order are hand crafted individually for you, taking into account your selected specifications. Therefore, Telfer is unable to accept returns or exchanges on these pieces.

You are encouraged to double check all details before placing your order. If you ever have any questions about a product, please fell free to contact us via the Contact page.

Ready to ship pieces

Most ready to ship items can be returned within 14 days of arriving, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations. If you do need to make a return, please use the Contact page to initiate the process.
